​Fire Island Rentals for Families 

To book our Fire Island rentals and when contacting us about a rental, please include:
• Number of adults
• Number of children (+ ages)
• Pet(s) if any
• Exact rental dates
• Which house you would like to book (Villa Etoile (#BR) or Villa du Soleil (4BR)

Fire Island Rentals for families and mature/mellow groups (25+). NO shares, prom groups, partygoers, etc. This is a family home in a family-oriented neighborhood with strictly enforced noise and “No Party” rules.

Payment Procedure for standard booking:

• A refundable security deposit is due upon receipt/signing of the rental agreement. Dates will be marked as "reserved" once the security deposit is received. ~ Rental fees can be paid by Venmo, PayPal (+ fees), Zelle or personal check

• Last-minute rentals must be paid in full when booking.

** Please note that we cannot guarantee availability until a reservation is complete and the security deposit is received. Also, please note that our house is located in the quiet section of OBP and that noise and overcrowding rules are enforced. Those looking for a loud party house should look elsewhere. Our guests are usually at least 25 years old. No sublets allowed. **
